About Memeify

Memeify is an AI meme generator that scans live trends from X, TikTok, and news coverage, then turns them into memes, images, and videos with AI-written captions. It exists because staring at a blank meme template while a trend is already fading is a bad way to spend an afternoon — Memeify handles the trend research and the first draft so you can post while the moment is still relevant.

Who it's for

Memeify is built for two overlapping groups: people posting for fun who want a fast, funny result without design skills, and businesses/marketers who want brand-safe, trend-aware content for social media without a full creative team. The Business and Fun modes reflect that split directly — same underlying trend-scanning engine, different tone and guardrails.

How it works, briefly

Every generation pulls from three live sources — X, TikTok's trending hashtags, and news coverage of what's actually going viral — rather than a static template library. From there, AI writes captions and generates images or video matched to the mode and tone you pick. The usage limits page has the full breakdown of what each plan includes.

What if a trend source is down?

Each of the three live sources is fetched independently and in parallel, with its own timeout. If one is temporarily unavailable — a rate limit, a slow response — the others still come through, and generation falls back to a curated set of recent trends for that source rather than failing outright.
