Usage limits & best practices
Free works differently from Pro and Enterprise — here's exactly how each one works, and how to get the most out of your plan.
How many generations do I get per plan?
| Plan | Limit |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 AI image + 2 meme edits / day Resets every 24 hours |
| Pro | 500,000 AI credits / month Unlimited daily generations |
| Enterprise | 2,500,000 AI credits / month (5x Pro) Shared across up to 10 team seats |

How does the Free plan's daily limit work?
The Free plan tracks AI images and meme edits separately: 1 AI image a day and 2 meme edits a day. Video isn't available on Free — upgrade to Pro or Enterprise to generate video. Each count resets 24 hours after your first generation of that type, then you get your full allowance back.
How do Pro and Enterprise AI credits work?
Pro and Enterprise remove the daily cap entirely — generate as many memes as you want in a day. Instead, every AI action draws from a monthly credit pool that resets on the 1st of each month. Different actions cost different amounts depending on how much work the AI has to do:
Writing captions or trend analysis
Low — a few hundred credits per request
Generating an image
Moderate — a few thousand credits per image
Generating a video
Higher — video generation uses more credits than images
Picking meme templates + captions
Low — similar to a caption-only request
What happens when I hit my limit?
Whether it's Free's daily count or Pro/Enterprise's monthly credits, you'll see an upgrade prompt instead of new results once you hit your limit. Nothing you've already created is affected — you can still view, download, and edit past memes. Free's count resets in 24 hours; Pro/Enterprise credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle, or you can upgrade anytime for more headroom.
Tips to make your usage go further
Preview before you regenerate
Read the AI's analysis and captions before hitting regenerate — small prompt tweaks (more specific product details, a clearer vibe) usually get you a better result on the first try.
Use the Meme Editor for quick edits
If you just want to tweak text on an existing template, editing manually in the Meme Editor doesn't use any allowance — AI captions/generations are the only thing that count against your limit.
Start with images before video
Video generation costs more credits than images (Pro/Enterprise). If you're experimenting with an idea, iterate on the image/prompt first, then generate video once you're happy with the direction.
Watch your usage in Settings
Settings → Subscription shows exactly where you stand — today's count on Free, or credits used this month on Pro/Enterprise — so you're never caught off guard.
Need more room to create?
Pro and Enterprise plans remove the daily cap and add a much larger monthly pool.
