Using Memeify
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Memeify, and you're responsible for the security of your own account credentials.
Plans and billing
Free accounts get a limited number of AI generations per day, reset every 24 hours — see the usage limits page for current details. Pro and Enterprise are paid monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription; you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and we don't offer partial refunds for unused time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Memeify to generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights. Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or use it to generate content impersonating a real person without their consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
Content ownership
You own the memes, images, and videos you generate with Memeify, and you're responsible for how you use and share them. You're also responsible for making sure you have the rights to any material you upload as an input (your own images, brand assets, etc.).
Service availability
Memeify is provided "as is." AI generation depends on third-party providers, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generation will succeed. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date — continued use of Memeify after a change means you accept the updated terms.
